SITE VISIT

Schedule a free consultation at your property to discuss your project in further detail to give us a better sense of your needs.

PROJECT DESIGN

We'll send you a project overview and proposal outlining the number of design hours your project will require, with our fee for design work.

PROJECT COSTING

We will compile a comprehensive costing where all eventualities are considered, to avoid budget surprises where possible.

RENOVATE

THE BUILD

Once plans, project scope & budget are approved, we can commence with the renovation. We offer a design - build service, meaning one point of contact and seamless transition from plan to reality.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FEES

We charge 15% management fee on top of build costs.

This includes:

  • Timeline management 

  • Budget and disbursement management

  • Supplier coordination and access control

  • On site inspections of design and products delivered to site 

  • Problem solving, variation management and solution planning

  • Handover and management pack including all as built and electrical/ plumbing chasing plans, warrantees, guarantees, supplier details, product details, paint codes - as well as care instruction for selected materials.

BUILD COST

We take care of disbursements so you don’t have to. 

This includes:

  • Supply of material & labour, delivery and return handling 

  • On site Inspection of contractor workmanship

  • Snags, cleaning & completion assurance

  • After sales support - assisting with any issues that may arise after completion.
